Platforms that stay up
Academic and billing portals, enrollment checkout, debt renegotiation. In-house code end to end: event-driven architecture, OIDC identity and Azure, built to run for years in production.
software engineering for education
Native apps and platforms for education, built by someone who spent a decade implementing systems inside institutions and knows where software meets real life.

01 — Thesis
A decade implementing systems for schools and universities teaches you one thing: the problem is rarely a missing system. It's systems that don't talk.
There's no shortage of software. There's a shortage of software that cares.
02 — Practice
Academic and billing portals, enrollment checkout, debt renegotiation. In-house code end to end: event-driven architecture, OIDC identity and Azure, built to run for years in production.
Apps designed and built from scratch: Swift and SwiftUI with no hybrid shortcuts, SwiftData and CloudKit, accessibility built in with VoiceOver and Dynamic Type.
Ten years implementing TOTVS educational ERPs left a foundation: the registrar's side and the bursar's, known from the inside and integrated into what CodeByCMP builds.
Any one of these you can hire anywhere. All three under one signature is another matter.
03 — Inventory

Rollouts show you where software breaks. What gets built here is born knowing.
04 — Proof
What CodeByCMP builds, CodeByCMP runs: its own infrastructure, operated by whoever wrote the code.
Thousands of students never learned our name. Enrollment went through, tuition got paid, class began. That's the point.
05 — Frontier
Personalized learning and early warning: finding, early, the students the system would leave behind.
Accessibility isn't a feature: it's the difference between an app and a locked door. Design for neurodivergent learners (autism, ADHD), WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA, Universal Design for Learning.
Academic, financial and pedagogical signals integrated into something institutions, teachers and families can actually use.
The frontier isn't AI. It's the student it reaches before they give up.
Applied research in progress.
Now, the signature.
06 — Signature
Everything that ships from here carries the same signature.
A signature here isn't a logo: it's accountability. Nothing gets handed off. Whoever designs the architecture writes the code, and whoever writes the code answers for it in production.
Everything that ships passes through the same hands. And carries the same name.
Open to conversations with anyone working on the same problems: educators, researchers, founders, institutions.
